Nonmembers

ACUMA Memberships are corporate. If your organization is not a member, please register and pay the nonmember rates. You may request a membership application by visiting the ACUMA website at www.acuma.org. Conference registration(s) at the ACUMA member fee may be submitted at the same time of membership application.

The ACUMA Fall Conference will be held at Caesar’s Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Ground transportation from McCarron International Airport This is a 15-20 minute taxi ride (Las Vegas airport code is LAS). Shuttle transportation is also available.

You will receive the above room rates for rooms held in the ACUMA block from October 5th until October 13, 2008. The cut-off date for room reservations is SEPTEMBER 18, 2008. All requests for room reservations must be received by Caesar’s Palace reservations department before the cut-off date. Reservations should be made as soon as possible as rooms within the block are subject to availability and can sell-out prior to the cut-off date. Any reservations made after the cut-off date will be confirmed subject to room availability and at market rates at the time.

Spouse Dining

Spouse dining fee is $195.00. This option allows a spouse of a registered attendee to join in all conference dining (breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday and the Wine & Cheese Networking Reception on Thursday afternoon). Spouses/guests can attend Wednesday’s Welcome Reception at no charge.

Bette Midler Show Tickets

We will have the opportunity to attend the performance of “The Showgirl Must Go On” starring Bette Midler. The performance will be Thursday October 9th at 7:30pm. Check back for additional information.

ACUMA Cancellation Policy

The full conference registration fee will be refunded upon cancellation up to 30 days prior to the conference, September 8, 2008. Cancellations made after September 8th will be granted with an administration fee of $100.00. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2008. Substitutions are permitted.

Payment Options

You can register online by visiting the ACUMA web site at www.acuma.org . You may pay by credit card or check. If paying by check, be sure to include a copy of your registration form with payment. Checks should be made payable to ACUMA and mailed to: ACUMA, PO BOX 400955, Las Vegas, NV 89140. ACUMA accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for credit card payments, which are offered with On-Line registrations.

  • ACUMA Members: Special Internet Registration Fee - $ 845.00 (paid by July 7, 2008)
  • Members Standard Registration Fee - 975.00 (beginning July 8th, 2008)

  • Golf Tournament - 135.00
    Golf will be held at Badlands Golf Club (Includes transportation, practice balls, continental breakfast, box lunch and group prizes)
