About ACUMA Conferences
The American Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA) is the only credit union trade association devoted solely to the world of CU real estate lending. Credit union owned and operated, with a board of directors from within the CU community, ACUMA knows the world of CU real estate lending inside and out. Our educational
conference topics address issues raised by members and include strategic pricing, regulatory and compliance, new and innovative

Mercy Jiménez
Mercy Jiménez is Fannie Mae's senior vice president– Single-Family Mortgage Business National Business Center (NBC). She reports
directly to the executive vice president – Single-
Family Mortgage Business. Jiménez is responsible for managing the business contributions
of nearly 2,000 Fannie Mae lender relationships. Jiménez has a master of business administration
from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a bachelor of arts from Northwestern University. She serves as Trustee of the National Building Museum,
board member of the Atlantic Council
and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s Housing Initiatives Committee.

Nonmembers
ACUMA Memberships are corporate. If your organization is not a member, please register and pay the nonmember rates. You may request a membership application by visiting the ACUMA website at www.acuma.org. Conference registration(s) at the ACUMA member fee may be submitted at the same time of membership application.

Hotel Accommodations
Room rates for this conference will be $219.00+tax for rooms in the Palace Tower and $189.00 plus tax for run-of-house rooms single/double occupancy. You will receive the above room rates for rooms held in the ACUMA block from October 7th – October 12th, 2006. The cut-off date for room reservations
is THURSDAY September 7, 2006. All requests for room reservations must be received by Caesar’s Palace reservations department
before the cut-off date. Reservations
should be made as soon as possible as rooms within the block are subject to availability
and can sell-out prior to the cut-off date. Any reservations made after the cut-off date will be confirmed subject to room availability and at market rates. CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 5:00PM ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AND AFTER 3:00PM MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

Spouse dining fee is $195.00. This option allows

Spouse/guest can attend Sunday’s Welcome Reception at no charge.
ACUMA Cancellation Policy
The full conference registration fee will be refunded upon cancellation up to 30 days prior to the conference, September 7, 2006. Cancellations made after September 7th will be granted with an administration fee of $100.00. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2006. Substitutions are permitted.
