Update: Interesting News Clip from CNBC

From where I sit the issue of the new “GFees” approved by Congress late last year in the deal to save and continue the Payroll Tax, has NOT received very much news, particularly at the Consumer Level. In today’s report from Diana Olick, CNBC Real Estate Correspondent mentions the new fees in addition to the extremely high level of refinance activity. That sais with seven inches of snow in Seattle of all places, I  suspect not many folks are out house hunting just yet! Please check this out.
