Another Exciting Year is Unfolding…

Happy New Year to all…I hope everyone is off and running for 2013. I want to first congratulate all our savvy mortgage lending credit unions for a great year in 2012. Together we are reaching new milestones and we can and will do more in 2013. I predict Housing Finance issues will be the key topic this year for every Credit Union who believes in completely serving their members.

I imagine by now you have received many emails and other correspondence referring to the new mortgage rules and regulations. Please don’t worry we will find our way. The important fact to remember is homebuyers and Realtors are finding us and that’s a good thing. We will all get through this together and be better and stronger organizations in return.

I simply wanted to take a moment to thank you one and all for a job well done. That’s what bringing in the New Year is about. Recognition of our achievements in the recent year, setting goals for the current year and identifying key areas in which we can improve. It’s what makes our brand of lending truly unique. Please spread the word in your community and anytime you can. The Credit Union image is growing in stature each and every day.
