Construction lending—Successful strategies for navigating through the construction process during tough times
Tuesday, Dec 14, at 1pm central time
Sponsored by Black Knight
Construction Lending is very strong right now but building a house these days can be fraught with challenges. The supply chain continues to raise havoc with construction schedules. Every builder is struggling to find skilled subcontractors at the times they are needed. Projects are getting delayed more often than not. In this session we’ll be focused on ways to work through these curveballs and manage the relationship with both the member and the builder. Whether you are thinking of getting into construction lending or already have a program, please join ACUMA President Tracy Ashfield and Amanda Hallo, Director of Construction Administration at Lake Michigan Credit Union, for Part 2 of our construction lending sessions, “Successful Lending Strategies for Navigating the Construction Process during Tough Times.” (This Lightning Round is the second webinar in our two-part series on construction lending. Please register for both webinars if you are interested in the series. Separate registrations required for each event. Part one is to be held Dec. 7.)
