Ted Robinson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for SWBC Lending Solutions. He is responsible for providing overall strategic direction of the organization, leadership of the merger and acquisition activities of the firm, and assisting in all aspects of customer sales. In addition, Robinson helps drive overall technology and platform strategy for the company. Prior to entering the mortgage industry in 2001, he held senior leadership positions with technology and biotechnology companies. He volunteers at the Festival at Sandpoint, the Bonner County Food Bank and the Orange County United Way.

Chuck Mureddu is the Senior Vice President and Chief Valuation and Compliance Officer for SWBC Lending Solutions. Mureddu has more than 35 years of combined mortgage lending experience, including appraisal management, institutional risk, loss mitigation and whole-loan exit and securitization strategies. As CVO, he is responsible for all valuation policy and process, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Mureddu has held senior-level positions as director of valuation risk and chief appraiser for Net Bank, Resource Bancshares, Bfirst Residential and Fleet Mortgage Company. He was the managing partner of Quality Valuation Services. He served on the MBA Residential Education Advisory Council and was instrumental in the development of the national general appraisal exam for the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB). He and his wife, Dawn, who is a Brain Aneurysm survivor, volunteer their time to advocate and support the Brain Aneurysm Foundation on awareness and research to improve patient outcomes and save lives.

Darlene Burnham is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for SWBC Lending Solutions. Burnham leads the SWBC Lending Solutions sales team. She is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for business development in valuation-centric and settlement services products. With over 25 years of experience in sales and management in the mortgage industry, her client focus includes financial institutions, banks, and credit unions.

Kymberly Sims is the Vice President of Marketing & Sales for SWBC Lending Solutions. Sims is responsible for overseeing all of the marketing efforts for Lending Solutions. In addition, she manages a portion of the Lending Solutions client portfolio. Sims joined SWBC in 2008 as an Executive in the Mortgage and Bank LendingXpress Division, offering real-estate lending technology and services to credit unions, community banks and mortgage companies. Prior to SWBC, she served for three years as an executive with an online bundled-service technology platform and three years as a senior loan officer with a nationwide mortgage lender.

Jennifer Warmerdam is Vice President of Home Loans at Golden 1 Credit Union. She oversees the Home Loans Department, a position that is essential to the continued expansion of Golden 1’s mortgage business. With more than a decade of lending experience, Warmerdam has served as a vice president at a funding company and at a mortgage company. In her current position, she bolsters continued loan growth and ongoing member satisfaction for Golden 1.
